=> After signing up, go to the Profile section and click the edit (pen) icon:

• Step 1 : Basic information (Name, Email, Phone Number) is pre-filled.
• Step 2 : Personal details (Date of Birth, Gender) are pre-filled.
• Step 3 : Add your personal address (Do not add your pharmacy address here).

* Now, update your Pharmacy Details:

• Step 1 : Enter Pharmacy Name, Phone Number, and select Buyer Type (Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy).
• Step 1 : Upload a valid Drug License (PNG, JPEG, PDF format) and enter your Drug License Number.
• Step 1 : Enter your GST Number (if available, optional).
• Step 1 : Provide your Pharmacy Address correctly.

🔹 Verification Time: Your profile will be verified within 24 to 48 hours.

(b) What if my documents get rejected?

Ensure your uploaded Drug License is valid and clearly visible.
Re-upload the correct document in high quality.
If issues persist, contact Customer Support for assistance.

(a) How do I order medicines and other products?

👉 Search for products and Add to Cart.
👉 Go to the Cart, enter/select the delivery address, and choose a payment method.
👉 Click Confirm Order.

(b) What are the available payment options?

• Full Payment : Pay the full order amount at the time of ordering.
• Partial Payment (50%) : Pay 50% now, and the remaining 50% at delivery.
• Pay Later : Your order amount is billed next month.
• EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) : Pay in easy installments through Credit/Debit Cards or P2P financing.
